Support Work

The role of a support worker is to provide a helping hand where you need it most. Their key role is to make sure you work on your goals to increase independence and confidence.

They help you to access the community enabling you to gain people skills, confidence and connections. Support workers are there to help you with life skills training & development as well as assistant with daily life, travel and transport, social activities and your health and well-being.

You can expect that our NDIS support workers have experience in supporting participants who have disabilities or medical conditions. As well as helping you live your life to your best of your abilities to achieve any goals you may have.

Support workers are there to listen to your needs, be patient and help to support.
